Product does as described, easy install also. The problem I have is that I have great smoke when first fired up, then when set at 225 to 250, no smoke at all. This could be 'Operator's error' for sure, as this is my first GMG (Boone) and maybe I don't know what the Hell I'm doing, (yet to be determined) Do not believe it is anything to do with the downdraft however!

This is by far the best investment I've made for this smoker , it has truly increased the amount of smoke at all temp ranges that I've tried and would highly recommend this product to every one.

I recently purchased the Don Godke Downdraft for my Green Mountain Grill and was pleased by how easy it was to install. I've used it a couple of times now and my pellet consumption is much less, but more importantly my smoke flavor is so much better. This was exactly what I was looking for and you should be also!
