I have now purchased two of these. One for each smoker. They are easy to install, help lower pellet usage, and regulate the heat inside the smoker. I am very pleased. Great Job Don!

I’ve read a lot about these and decided to purchase one. Received it later than expected but installed in 5 minutes. Haven’t used the smoker yet but will update once used.

Very quick and easy to install. I did a 6hr 225 smoke and it seemed to used less pellets than in the past.

....which is enhance the smoke flavor, keep more heat in the chamber longer, and reduce the usage of pellets. Plus, it is made very well and shows up packaged nicely. I highly recommend the downdraft!

I wanted to add a second set of grates to my DB so I added this to help with temp control. The baffle was loose so I tighten it down a little. I used to use a 3" furnace elbow facing down to adde more smoke. I've only used this for one cook so far. Very pleased with it and install was a breeze!
